In our latest Make It with Hamilton Beach episode, host Miranda Malisani shows us her recipes for healthy, filling and colourful breakfast options including butterfly pea flower tea, delicious breakfast toasts, and coffee oatmeal, all using appliances from our Hamilton Beach Elite line. In this episode, Miranda is joined with fellow mom and registered dietitian Noelle Martin!

- 1 slice sourdough bread (or any other healthy bread of choice)
- 1 small ripe avocado
- 1 small passion fruit
- 1/4 small lemon for drizzling
- 1 to 2 tablespoons roasted red pepper hummus
- 3 to 4 brussel sprouts, shredded & sauteed with 1 clove of garlic
- pinch pink Himalayan sea salt
- 3 slices red pepper for garnish
- 1 to 2 teaspoons whipped plain goat cheese
- 1 slice wild smoked salmon
- 2 whole pickled beets
- green onions & rosemary to garnish
- 1 to 2 tablespoons plain cashew cheese
- 1 to 5 fresh golden berries, sliced thin
- sprouts to garnish
- Place bread in Hamilton Beach Elite toaster.
- Assemble ingredients on toast. Enjoy!
