Make it with Hamilton Beach: Tofu and Cashew Breakfast Sandwich

Instructions
  1. Heat up Sandwich Maker

  2. Slice tofu approx. 1 inch wide

  3. Split English muffin in half. Spread cashew cheese on both top and bottom bun. Add bottom bun to the bottom pan
    and place spinach on top.

  4. Add the tofu to the top pan, sprinkle salt and pepper. Place other half of bun on top of tofu.

  5. Close sandwich maker and let sandwich cook for 5 to 7 minutes.

  6. Carefully remove the sandwich from sandwich maker. Enjoy!
