Warm up with a yummy drink that won’t leave you feeling bloated! In episode 7 of our Make it with Hamilton Beach series, host Miranda Malisani shows us how to create two delicious bloat proof lattes, one with tea and the other with coffee, using our Single Serve Blender, FlexBrew and Tea Infuser Kettle. - 1 cup coffee (or tea)
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 scoop collagen
- 1 scoop L-glutamine
- 1 teaspoon monk fruit sweetener
- Using a coffee grinder, grind 2 tablespoons of coffee beans.
- Place coffee grinds in the single cup filter of the 2-Way Flexbrew coffeemaker. (Or use your favourite ground coffee.) Press brew now button.
- Add milk, collagen, L-glutamine and monk fruit sweetener to single serve blender. Then pour in coffee.
- Cover lid and pulse a few times to blend.
- Pour coffee into your favourite cup and enjoy!
To make a bloat free tea latte, substitute 1 cup of tea for 1 cup of coffee.
