tomato paste

boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut in 1-inch pieces
Zest and juice of 1 lime

can (14.5 oz)
coconut milk

tablespoon
Chopped Cilantro
Cooked rice
Instructions
In a slow cooker crock, combine all ingredients except cilantro and rice.
Cover slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours or LOW for 5 to 6 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
Serve over Coconut Rice and garnish with cilantro.
